I personally don't know why anyone on here would't like this car. Mid engined and it has a targa top. Furthermore it weighs in around 2000 pounds. Personally I am surprised these don't sell for more than the average of about 10k.

Subject of the best episode of Wheeler Dealers, too!

I've never seen anybody on here not like this car. It seems universally loved on oppo, as it should be.

I don't like it. Is my oppo-membership going to be revoked now?

They had a reputation as being rust buckets and of course Porsche fans looked down on anything that wasn't a 911.

No I can see why you wouldn't like it. Personally I don't like the Miata so no hard feelings here.

Which is probably good news for everyone else.

True, but finding one that isn't rusty is difficult and since they didn't sell a bunch of them there weren't that many to begin with. Finding a 914/6 is really hard and I think those are gaining value pretty quickly.

You need to expand the .gif to see it I'm afraid.

It's disappointing to think of all the great cars lost to rust and neglect. I wouldn't be surprised if all the 914s increase in value as time goes on.
